What about the warranty on my HP laptop when I bought it at a store that closed?
I bought my HP laptop from Circuit City, but the store closed in each locality, my warranty did not go to waste? I am having problems with the laptop and I really do not want to buy a new one … if I send it to HP will do something about it?
I also bought my HP Pavilion laptop from Circuit City in June 2007. I have been having problems with the laptop (again), so my dad called HP and they said to bring the laptop to RadioShack. You do not have the box of laptop or anything, RadioShack package and send it to a company to fix it. If still under warranty, I'm sure you can take advantage of this, as is a RadioShack store across the country. Apparently, while Circuit City was still in the business, which had dealings with insurance RadioShack RadioShack agreed to take customers Circuit City after he was down the drain.
