What kind of coupling would be better?
Thanks for helping – I'm going to college, and am buying a Dell Latitude D620 (Notebook). Want to buy a dock, but I'm not sure what would be best. There are a lot of computer jargon that I am not very familiar. Here are the options D / Port Advanced Port Replicator [$ 96.75] D / Dock Expansion Station [$ 171.75] D-Family Monitor Stand [$ 36.75] D / View Notebook Stand [$ 44.25] I'm leaning toward first, but nobody has an idea of the differences and can give me some clue about how to choose! Thank you very much for your time!
The advanced port seems a good unit. If you want an external keyboard and mouse that allows it. Even if you can get a screen Asmall and want a bigger monitor that provides a fast connection. I have only seen an advantage to a docking station connectivity using the printer and the largest monitor in an office environment. For a person is little benefit for costs. It's not something you can move around easily and most college students do not always sit at the table to use your system. With a wireless campus, going to the common room, next to the library, etc with your system to do the job.
