The Water flows from the rim, but it dosent have good psi bottom hole.
2 questions: 1. Is this a new bathroom or an old toilet? Holes in the rim a bath of age may become clogged with hard water and / or waste deposits over time. These are difficult areas to clean, unless you take the time to do a thorough brushing with a clean container and a stiff brush (washed once in a while as clean). A new toilet flushes with 1.6 gallons. water and it takes a little adjustment in the tank to drain water quickly to give a good color. 2. Is this an existing problem or new problem? If an existing problem of ventilation and septic could be something to consider. The vents help water flow through the pipes for the disposal of waste better, because there are no push air out of your way. The tank is full: the waste in the container does not have to push the waste line in order to escape. If this is a new problem which would be in cleaning up the holes in the rim and possibly adjust the water level in the tank. If the water level in the tank is not well defined (level____ water water tank) is not enough to empty properly dumping is the container and / or the trap does not conform to dump the water quickly and completely.
