What is the warranty of 1 year include Verizon Wireless?
I had my Droid for 3 months, the boyfriend to buy a birthday present and I realized that she had no insurance. I just added insurance today through Verizon Wireless in the outskirts of insurance provider Asurion. I'm curious as to what the 1 year warranty which covers the Asurion insurance covers. The phone is now working * knocks wood * great, but I was only curiosity, as I was confused by what the customer service representative tried to tell me. Thanks!
The factory warranty includes defects; software failures, and usually can get away with a charging port is damaged, provided that there is little significant physical damage. Asurion covers anything. Loss water damage, almost anything you can think of to do on the phone ..
