My HP printer seems to be in "sleep" mode – and refuses to copy or scan images.?
My printer HP [every one] does not display the menu that asks if you want to print, scan or copy something. This is a major problem for me and I hope to get it fixed somehow. I tried disconnecting the cable between two and reconnect, but nothing happens. HP Scan Pro refuses to load and sometimes says it can not connect to the scanner. HELP!
