Can you put an average Ethernet card in a Power Mac 6500?
I got a network adapter in an empty PCI slots, but do not know how configure the computer to use that instead of the phone modem. Also, how to configure? I have Mac OS 9.1 installed.
Did not specify the make and model of the Ethernet card. You have to make a yahoo and / or search Google for Mac OS 9.1 drivers for that particular card. It may not be supported by the Mac OS. Good luck
