HP K5300 Printer not printing in black?
HP Deskjet have a K5300, which has suddenly stopped printing black. Any impression fired windows printer for example, the test page prints perfectly on windows logo, but the content of the text is not printed. I have tried to clean the print head print the value of HP toolbox, but that did not solve the problem. Also most important is that the printer does not throw up any kind of error / Warning at any time during the printing process and the estimated ink levels show appropriate levels. Please suggest me how to go about setting the problem.
You can clean the black ink cartridge. For this you need to remove the black ink cartridge in the printer.
