How to make your own database of cheesecake?
I was wondering if anyone can shed light on how to make your own cheesecake base. I know you can make the base of crashing the store bought cookies and mix with butter, but I'm trying to stay away from processed foods, and crackers are too many unpleasant things in it. Thank you.

By For simplicity, turn the mold on its side and simply press the dough to reach base until the top of the can. 250 g butter 185 g cake flour 2 tablespoons cold water 60 g pecan nuts, crushed to make the base: Rub the butter into the cake using a pastry cutter, fingers or a food processor equipped with a steel blade. If necessary, add some ice water. Smooth parts of the body slightly to a thickness of 2 mm at the base of butter and spare parts for 2 basis (shape of spring) pans 17 cm in diameter and 6 cm deep. Heat oven to 150 ยบ C and bake the cake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Cover the base with crushed pecans (to give an additional crisis and prevent it from becoming wet basis).
